Song Ryu is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas are antitrust & competition, broadcasting, and information & communications. Ryu has handled various antitrust law cases brought to the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) and courts, including major cases in connection with domestic and overseas price-fixing, restrictions on large-scale enterprises concerning business combination, and unfair trade practices. Following the KFTC’s cartel-related sanction, Ryu has represented and advised companies on domestic and overseas damages claims filed by purchasers..
