Biography
Seung Hyeon Sung is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include antitrust law, such as cartel and unfair competition practices. He also handles cases related to the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act (technology theft) and the Act on Fair Transactions in Large Franchise and Retail Business. He has experience providing consultation and lectures on compliance matters. After graduating Seoul National University’s College of Law, he handled competition law matters while working at Deacons (Hong Kong) in 2016.
