Tae-Hwan Oh is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas are tax disputes, tax investigation, and administrative appeals. His vast experience in administrative cases includes corporate tax appeals and cases regarding VAT, income tax, administrative licenses and permissions, redevelopment and reconstruction, urban development projects, and industrial accidents. He accumulated much of his experience while serving as a Judge at the Busan District Court, the Incheon District Court and the Seoul Administrative Court, a specialized court for tax and administration. At the Busan District Court and the Seoul Administrative Court, Oh worked in the labor specialized department and adjudicated hundreds of cases in connection with ordinary wage, illdgal dispatch, temporary employment, investigations by the Ministry of Employment & Labor, labor union issues, etc.
