Soong-Ki Yi is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include compliance, corporate governance, management rights disputes, energy and natural resources, infrastructure development, and cross border M&A.
Since 1999, Soong-Ki Yi has represented foreign investors and Korean companies in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. In particular, Mr. Yi has extensive experience in M&A transactions relating to cable TV service providers and has advised on a variety of legal issues relating to the operation of cable TV businesses. Mr. Yi is a renowned practitioner in the media & telecommunications field and was selected by Legal Times for his practice area in 2013. Recently, Mr. Yi has advised domestic and foreign companies on matters relating to compliance and corporate governance, as well as renewable energy development projects.
