Jae Woong Jeong is a partner and head of the Tax Practice Group at Yoon & Yang LLC, and he concentrates on tax litigation & disputes and advice related to corporate tax, value added tax, income tax, gift & inheritance tax, and local tax.
Mr. Jeong is actively involved as an external advisor to various organizations including tax law advisor to the Seoul Regional Tax Office and arbitrator at the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board. From 2020, he has been selected as a Leading Lawyer in tax by multiple media outlets including the Legal Times.
