Biography
Hee Sik Yoon is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include finance, tax, and antitrust related criminal law.
As a prosecutor at various districts and leading roles in the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Financial Services Commissions and Anti-corruption Department of the Supreme Public Prosecutors’ Office, Hee Sik Yoon investigated and directed large-scale matters relating to public office corruption, corporate crimes, and financial and tax crimes. Furthermore, during his service as an Inspector General of the Ministry of Justice, Deputy Chief Prosecutor at the Seoul Western District, and Chief Prosecutor at the Yeongwol Branch of the Chuncheon District, Mr. Yoon demonstrated outstanding capabilities in corporate compliance monitoring and drug and food-related investigations. Mr. Yoon is currently active as the vice president of the Korean Academic Society of Accounting, councilor at Konkuk University, and the vice president of the Konkuk University Alumni Association.
