Based on its extensive experience in representing domestic and overseas companies in a wide variety of industries, Yoon & Yang’s Intellectual Property Practice provides one-stop services at each stage throughout the entire lifecycle of trademarks and designs, including prosecution, invalidation, scope confirmation, and infringement issues in various civil and criminal actions. Notably, the Practice has led the recent IP trend that seeks protection against the infringement of ideas and intangible as an act of unfair competition, which has not been eligible for protection as traditional IP. The Practice offers legal advice tailored to the needs and goals of the client, and provides optimal solutions that takes into account the dynamic industrial environment.
