Asian Legal Business (ALB) has recognized Yoon & Yang’s Soonghee Lee and Wonil Kim as one of the “Korea Super 30 Lawyers 2021.” ALB published its inaugural Korea Super 30 Lawyers list, a standout private practitioners in Korea for their client service and work quality. ALB conducted survey based on client recommendations for a total of 69 lawyers based in Korea from more than 250 clients and partner law firms in Asia, Australia, the U.S. and Europe.

Yoon & Yang’s Soonghee Lee is a managing partner and has extensive experience in advising on financial regulations, capital market litigation and complex transactions involving financial institutions. He recently advises numerous Korean banks and securities companies on developing internal control systems.

Wonil Kim is the head of the Intellectual Property Practice Group and he has extensive experience advising and representing various transactions and legal issues in the IT, broadcasting and telecommunications industries, as well as being involved in various advisory and dispute cases arising out of patents, trade mark, copyrights and trade secrets.
