Yoon & Yang LLC has provided legal advice for Hankook Samgong on its acquisition of 55.8% shares in Ngoc Tung Manufacturing Trading Service Joint Stock Company (“NTJSC”), a Vietnamese agricultural pesticide-fertilizer manufacturing company.

This case is meaningful since it is the first case in which a Korean company acquired the majority shares and managerial rights of a Vietnamese agricultural pesticides manufacturing company.
