Yoon & Yang LLC advised Fuel Cell Power, a leading manufacturer of fuel cells in a Doosan Corporation’s acquisition of the client. In this deal, the firm cleared merger related legal issues for a client including drawing up a merger agreement and appendix agreements. The deal was significant in Korean M&A market since it was the first merger deal between KONEX market listed company (Fuel Cell Power) and KOSPI listed company. (Doosan)
