Byeong Cheol Yun is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include civil and criminal litigation regarding corporate affairs, international and securities transactions litigation, construction-related litigation, and general criminal litigation.
During the twenty years as Judge at the Seoul High Court and district courts of various levels, Byeong Cheol Yun presided over cases relating to international transactions, securities, corruption, construction, medical malpractice, labor, and industrial accidents in both civil and criminal trial departments. Mr. Yun has completed coursework at the Department of International Transactions Law of the Korea University Graduate School of Legal Studies and is an expert on international transactions and securities litigation.
