Yoon & Yang wins “Deal of the Year 2021” (In-House Community)

Doosan Enerbility’s investment in US NuScale Power, which was advised by Yoon & Yang, was selected as the “Deal of the Year” in Project/Energy by the In-House Community.
In July 2021, Yoon & Yang advised Doosan Enerbility (then, Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction) in aggregating and implementing investment of USD 60 million in NuScale Power, a nuclear power plant manufacturer in the U.S. The transaction was carried out under the expertise of firm’s partners Zunu Lee and Youngkyun Yun and is very significant in that the attorneys provided comprehensive advices beyond the traditional legal advices including strategic consultation.
