Biography
Jin Kook Lee is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include corporate law, M&A and capital markets.
As an expert with over 20 years of experience in M&As, private equity, and capital markets, Mr. Lee has played key roles in major transactions both at home and abroad. He has led significant M&A deals such as Hanwha Group’s acquisition of Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, NAVER’s acquisition of Poshmark, and MBK Partners’ acquisition of Homeplus, demonstrating outstanding expertise in both inbound and outbound transactions.
