Biography
Sung Ho Kim is a partner at Yoon & Yang LL, and his main practice area is corporate litigation centering on construction & real estate, financial and capital market, and management rights disputes.
Mr. Kim handles major litigation based on accumulated experience as a judicial researcher at the Incheon District Court and the Seoul High Court’s civil (construction), administration (land expropriation), and criminal (application for adjudication) trial divisions. Mr. Kim also advises on real estate development and financial matters.
