Biography
Keum Seok Oh is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include antitrust & competition.
Mr. Oh served as a judge at the Seoul District Court Northern Branch, the Seoul District Court, and the Chuncheon District Court Sokcho Branch. He also held the position of a judicial researcher at the Supreme Court of Korea. Since transitioning to practice law, he has represented domestic and international clients on complex antitrust issues, including corporate mergers, abuse of dominant market position, issues related to large conglomerates, unfair trade practices, cartels, and violations of subcontracting laws. Notably, he has played a central role in fair trade cases involving global corporations such as Apple and HSBC, as well as major domestic companies like Hyundai Mobis, Hyundai Rotem, LG Electronics, LG Uplus, Lotte Chemical, POSCO, Harim, Hoban Construction, and Maeil Dairies.
