Yeong Ho Shin is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice area is antitrust and competition.
Mr. Shin is an antitrust and competition law expert with more than 30 years of experience at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), where he oversaw a wide range of investigations and reviews not only in policy areas—such as competition policy and cartel policy—but also in anti-competitive acts such as abuse of dominance, cartels and M&As, etc. Based on the in-depth expertise and extensive firsthand experience, he provides strategic, practical advice on fair trade and competition law issues, helping clients effectively manage competition-law risks.
