Biography
Song Min Ahn is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main practice areas include construction, real estate, urban improvement, real estate trust, and real estate development and transactions.
After obtaining her B.A. in business administration from Korea University and her J.D. from Hanyang University School of Law, she was admitted to the Korean bar in 2022. Her experience covers advising on and handling disputes involving redevelopment and reconstruction projects, regional housing cooperatives, and real estate trusts, as well as a broad range of construction-related disputes, including construction payment claims, defects, and subcontracting matters. She also advises on the overall process of real estate development projects and transactions.
