Il-Kwon Jeong is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas are corporate law, M&A, finance, construction, and real estate.
Mr. Jeong has primarily handled advisory and litigation matters related to corporate legal affairs, compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), management control disputes, financial investments, collective investment (asset management), and capital market regulations.
