Biography
Young Sun Cho is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include the healthcare industry, domestic investment and M&A of foreign corporations, and foreign direct investment.
Mr. Cho has extensive experience in assisting clients, both domestic and abroad, with legal advice, foreign direct investment, inbound investment, joint venture and M&A in a wide breadth of healthcare industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and food. He is admitted to practice in both Korea and New York.
