  • Represented a housing association in a claim for transfer of ownership against a construction corporation (Reversed and remanded the decision at first instance which denied the capacity of the housing association, which is a non-corporate association, as a party) (Supreme Court

  • Represented the President of a major company in a claim for damages commenced by a solidarity group on the basis of having breached the prohibition against self-transaction or the prohibition against taking advantage of corporate opportunity, thereby breaching duty of care or duty of due diligence in his capacity as the director (Supreme Court Decision 2015Da70044 dated September 12, 2017)

  • Represented the defendant in a claim for transferred fund against the plaintiff that acquired the construction amount receivable from a construction company (Supreme Court Decision 2008Da76426 dated July 23, 2009)

  • Represented the governor in the case of an abuse of authority in interfering with an exercise of right, and a violation of the Public Official Election Act (Reversed and remanded on the basis of an acquittal of the alleged violation on the grounds of dissemination of false information (Supreme Court Decision 2019Do13328 dated July 16, 2020)
  • Represented the former vice president of an airline company in the case of a violation of the Aviation Security Act (Dismissed the appeal of the prosecutor in respect of the part regarding the violation of the Aviation Security Act on the ground of an alteration of the aircraft route, and maintained the acquittal from the court of first instance) (Supreme Court Decision 2015Do8335 dated December 21, 2017)
