  • Advised in several litigation cases on a profit and loss settlement between between bond financial institutions in respect of the walkout procedure, and on the proceeds of the sale of loan claims (represented Woori Bank, Shinhan Bank, and others)
  • Represented an overseas creditor in respect of the rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedure of Hanjin Shipping
  • Advised and represented STX Engine in respect of the rehabilitation process of STX Heavy Industries
  • Advised on the dispute and represented STX Engine in an arbitration case in respect of the proceeds of the disposal of STX France between STX Engine and STX Offshore & Shipbuilding
  • Represented Sungdong Shipbuilding in an arbitration case in respect of its rehabilitation procedure
  • Advised CammSys on an investment from a Vietnamese company
  • Advised HB Technology on the acquisition of LET
  • Advised on the split-off of KMAC and the sale of the split entity
