Jiyul Yoo is a senior foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include corporate law, international matters, healthcare.
Mr. Yoo mainly advises on the overseas affairs of domestic subsidiaries of overseas global companies and of domestic companies. He has also been active in international commerce, writing "U.S. Antidumping Law and Practice," which is widely learned in the domestic commerce industry. He has served as the head of Yoon & Yang's healthcare team, adjunct professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, a member of the Korea Anti-Doping Committee, and an advisory member of the Korea-US FTA expert at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
