Jiyul Yoo is a senior foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include corporate law, international matters, healthcare.
Jiyul Yoo primarily advises global foreign companies and its domestic subsidiaries and advises domestic companies on foreign matters. Mr. Yoo has authored publications including “U.S. Anti-dumping Law and Practice,” a book well received by the international trade community in Korea. Mr. Yoo has chaired Yoon & Yang’s healthcare practice group and served as a lecturer at the Judicial Research & Training Institute, member of the Korean Appeal Agency on Doping, and a member of the Advisory Committee on Korea-US FTA of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
