Biography
Kun Jong Lee is an Of Counsel at Yoon & Yang LLC.
Mr. Lee began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Southern Branch of the Seoul District Public Prosecutor’s Office. Thereafter, Mr. Lee served as a prosecutor at various districts in Korea including the Chief Prosecutor at the Yeongdong Branch of the Cheongju District Public Prosecutor’s Office, Ulsan District Public Prosecutor’s Office, and the Eastern Branch of the Busan District Public Prosecutor’s Office, Vice Chief Prosecutor at the Jeonju District Public Prosecutor’s Office, and Senior Prosecutor at the Eastern Branch Criminal Department 1 of the Seoul District Public Prosecutor’s Office. He transitioned into private practice at the Hyundai Heavy Industries Group, where he retained the role of Chief Legal Officer. He also has experience as a professor at the Judicial Research & Training Institute and legal advisor to the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
