Biography
Dong Hee Kang is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is intellectual property.
Mr. Kang handles litigations and provides legal consultations on a wide range of matters related to intellectual properties including patent rights, copyrights, trademarks, design rights, unfair competition, trade secrets, etc., and in particular, he has plenty of experiences in cases involving patent rights and trade secrets.
Mr. Kang obtained his bachelor’s degree in electrical & electronic engineering at Yonsei University, and his J.D. at Yonsei University Law School in 2015. In 2021, he took the Specialization in Media, Entertainment and Technology Law course at UCLA Law School and obtained his LL.M.
