Biography
Na Yeon Lee is a labor attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main practice areas include labor litigation and labor-related counseling.
She obtained her LL.B. at Ewha Womans University College of Law and has worked as a state-appointed labor attorney and a commissioner for protection of teenage workers at the National Labor Relations Committee. Ms. Lee has handled a wide range of labor related issues in collective labor relations such as illegal dispatch, intra-company subcontracting and consulting on management of multiple labor unions, etc. as well as individual labor relations such as unfair dismissal, overdue wages, request for correction of discriminatory treatment and sexual harassment at workplace, etc.
