Biography
Minji Kim is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC, and her main practice areas are M&As, corporate law, finance-related laws, acquisition financing, real estate development and transactions and project finance.
Ms. Kim has dealt with many M&A transactions in various industries, providing domestic and international companies and financial institutions with extensive legal services on corporate law, corporate governance, regulations, foreign investment and outbound investment, etc. Further, Minji Kim is involved in multiple real estate projects including development and transactions, etc. of real estate both in Korea and abroad.
