In-bok Lee is an of counsel at Yoon & Yang LLC. Mr. Lee completed the 11th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute and was appointed as a judge at the Seoul Civil District Court in 1984.
Subsequently, he served as a judge at the Seoul Eastern District Court, the Jeju District Court, the Seoul High Court, the Constitutional Court, and the Seoul District Court. Also, he served as a presiding judge and a chief judge at the Jinju branch of the Changwon District Court, a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, a presiding judge at the Seoul District Court, the Daejeon High Court, and the Seoul High Court, and the chief justice of the Chuncheon District Court. Based on 26 years’ experience that he accumulated in serving at various court levels, including district courts and high courts, he was appointed as a justice of the Supreme Court in 2010 and served as the 18th chairperson at the National Election Commission.
