Biography
Hong Seok Choi is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas are intellectual property and healthcare (medical device).
With a Ph.D. in engineering, Mr. Choi handled various litigation and advisory matters in the area of intellectual property, including patent. During the three years that he has spent as a Technology Investigation Official at the Intellectual Property Division of the Seoul Central District Court, he has accumulated a wealth of experence in a diverse array of technology disputes, including patent, trade secret, industrial technology, compensation for employee’s invention, and software copyright.
