Dong Ho Lee is an expert advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice area is healthcare, including pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and medical devices.
Prior to joining Yoon & Yang, Dong Ho Lee was a health researcher at the Center for Food & Drug Analysis of the Busan Regional Office of Food and Drug Safety, the Food Standards Division and Consultation Center of Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and the Risk Management Division, Food Standards Division, Alcoholic Beverages Management Division, and Food Policy Coordination Division of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Mr. Lee then served as a director at the New Hazardous Substances Team of the National Institute of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation then the Residues and Contaminants Standard Division of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Mr. Lee has advised on healthcare related matters at Yoon & Yang since 2021 and is also an Adjunct Professor at the College of Science and Technology, Korea University, food hygiene instructor at the Korea Food Industry Association, and member of the Korea Food Industry’s Food Labeling Advertising Review Committee.
