Youn Gak Kim is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include commercial and management rights disputes, and corporate law (ESG, management rights disputes and compliance).
Mr. Kim obtained his LL.B. at Seoul National University College of Law and his J.D. at Seoul National University School of Law. After graduation, he served as a public service advocate at the Human Rights Supervisor’s Office of the 1st Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Litigation Division of the Ministry of Justice (dispatched to the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs).
