Biography
Sang Jae Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is corporate litigation.
After completing his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Mr. Park served as a judge advocate for the Republic of Korea Air Force. He then held numerous positions at courts, such as a judge for Seoul Central District Court, Gwangju District Court (Mokpo Branch), and Uijeongbu District Court (Goyang Branch), as well as a judicial researcher (criminal researcher). He retired from public service as a presiding judge at the Gwangju District Court before joining Yoon & Yang LLC
