Biography
Hyun Sang Ryu is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice area is broadcasting, data, and communications. Mr. Ryu graduated from Seoul National University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Korea University Law School. He previously served as a public service advocate at the Korea Communications Commission (User Policy Bureau), the Seoul Creative Economy Innovation Center, and the Ministry of Science & ICT (Regulatory Reform and Legal Affairs Division).
