Chang-Ho Ahn is an of counsel at Yoon & Yang at LLC and his main practice areas are criminal law and corporate litigation.
After completing his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, he began his career as a prosecutor at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, and served as a prosecutor at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Prosecutors’ Office, Dongbu Branch of the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office, Nambu Branch of the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office and the Human Rights Division of the Ministry of Justice, a deputy chief prosecutor (for customs) at the Investigation Department of the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office, chief prosecutor of the Jeongeub Branch of the Jeonju District Prosecutors’ Office, constitutional researcher and director for the Special Law Division of the Ministry of Justice, head of the Planning Division of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, chief prosecutor at the Foreign Affairs Division of the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office, a public security planning officer and the head of the Judicial System Planning Group at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, 2nd deputy chief prosecutor at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office, deputy chief prosecutor of the Gwangju High Prosecutors’ Office, chief of the Criminal Department of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, acting chief prosecutor at the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office, and chief prosecutor of the Daejeon District Prosecutors’ Office, Gwangju High Prosecutors’ Office and Seoul High Prosecutors’ Office. He retired from his public career as a judge of the Constitutional Court.
