Biography
Tamara T. H. Kim is a senior foreign associate in the Corporate group at Yoon & Yang.
As a multilingual lawyer licensed in the U.S. and fluent in English, Korean, and French, Tamara brings with her a wide range of legal and commercial experience with a focus on M&A, investment funds, and cross-border corporate transactions. After receiving her B.A. with honors from Georgetown University at age 19, Tamara received her J.D. and LL.M in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center, on the Dean’s List and with Distinction. Tamara started her legal career at Latham & Watkins in Washington D.C. and was sworn into the D.C. Bar in 2017. Prior to being recruited by Yoon & Yang, Tamara was the Chief Legal Officer of BMS Group in Korea.
