Jai Hyeon Park is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas are corporate laws and government relations.
Mr. Park is a media expert who has built experiences in newspapers, broadcasting and advertising, etc. as editor-in-chief of Maeil Economic Daily, executive director of MBN and president of MBN Mediarep. Based on these experiences, he has insights in risk management and strategies to deal with the press.
He also has in-depth understanding of business management, since he also served as the first CEO of KDX Korea Data Exchange, the first big data platform in the private sector, and executive directors in energy, finance and IT companies. Further, he is capable of utilizing a wide network of connections in the government and the financial sectors as he worked as a reporter in economic and financial sectors for over 34 years and as a commissioner of the Macro-finance Department of the National Economic Advisory Council (4 years) and the Financial Development Deliberation Committee, etc.
