Biography
Kyung Suk Byun is a senior advisor of Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice area is corporate law.
After graduating from Seoul National University, Mr. Byun worked for an information-related government ministry for 29 years, where he served in various positions including the administrative officer of the Office of the Senior Secretary for Civil Affairs at Cheongwadae (seconded), officer for information (Grade 3 official), director for collection of economic information and director for collection of social information, etc.
Thanks to such wide experiences, he has in-depth understanding of flows of information in each sector of economy and society and has expertise in tailored strategies to changes in information trends.
