Biography
Caroline Yoon is a foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC whose practice encompasses international arbitration and litigation, as well as general corporate law matters.
Caroline has experience handling civil and employment law disputes, including class actions, in California state and federal courts and has represented clients in arbitrations before major arbitral institutions such as KCAB, HKIAC, SIAC, and ICC. She also provides general corporate advisory services on international disputes and transactions to Korean corporations.
She received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her B.A. from Pomona College.
