Biography
Elayne Heeseung Sung is a senior foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main areas of work include corporate law and finance · capital markets.
Ms. Sung advises financial institutions and businesses in cross-border transactions with a focus on lease and transportation finance. She has a broad range of experience advising owners and banks with acquisition and financing of newbuildings and secondhand ships, joint venture agreements, sale and leasebacks, cross-border leases and export credit agency backed facilities. She also has experience in advising banks on rehabilitation of Korean companies.
