Biography
Bum Sub Shim is a senior researcher at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice area is corporate law.
While working at an office of a member of the National Assembly, Mr. Shim has been involved in policy-making processes of standing committees including the State Affairs Committee, the Legislation and Judiciary Committee and the Public Administration and Security Committee, etc. Further, based on his experiences in a wide range of areas including a logistics startup, fin-tech company and local government, he has in-depth knowledge in legal issues facing companies.
