Biography
You Jin Lee is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include administrative disputes, corporate law, construction and real estate, and constitutional litigations.
Mr. Lee has successfully handled various administrative cases, e.g. litigation on disposition to approve implementation plan in the course of urban planning projects, litigation on revocation of selection of a preferred bidder, litigation on charges including restitution of development gains and litigation related to the Building Act, etc. He has also addressed a number of constitutional appeals and legislative consulting cases. As a managing director for legal affairs of Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, he oversaw major corporate issues including compliance, serious accidents, subcontracting, inspection of state administration, labor issues, investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, disputes regarding Defense Acquisition Program Administration and international disputes, etc. while providing corporate law advice at the same time.
