Prior to joining our law firm, Mr. Choi worked at the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) for 27 years, during which he handled a wide range of matters related to supervision & inspection of digital business of financial companies and inspection of insurance companies. At the financial watchdog, Mr. Choi has held various key positions, such as the senior invesitgator at the IT Suprevisory Bureau, the senior inspector at the Life Insurance Supervisory Bureau/IT Inspection Office/IT Fintech Strategy Bureau, and also headed the Insurance Inspection Team under the IT Fintech Strategy Bureau, the Special Investigation Team under the Insurance Fraud Response Group, and the London Office of the FSS.
