Biography
Jung Sik Bae is a chief expert advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include trusts, guardianship, corporate succession, estate settlement and senior business.
Mr. Bae worked in the Loan Center, Inspection Division, and served as the Head of the Living Trust Center at Hana Bank. He pioneered the domestic financial sector by introducing trusts as will substitutes (a trust-based inheritance plan), providing crucial solutions for diverse inheritance and gift-planning issues. His work includes creating integrated solutions for safe asset management and estate planning for the elderly and their heirs using dementia-relief trusts, and obtaining the first-ever adult guardianship support trust approval from the family court in 2017 to manage a ward's identity and properties separately.
Beyond welfare trusts (disability and planned-donation trusts), Mr. Bae offers diverse solutions for safe asset management for single-person households, gift inheritance, and efficient planning for real-estate asset enhancement. Leveraging his deep expertise in trust, finance, and law, he specializes in complex corporate succession issues (stock gifting, public-interest foundations, and structure design) and provides comprehensive asset-management solutions, including global inheritance, real-estate trusts, and consulting on senior businesses such as senior towns.
