YOON&YANG
Yoon & Yang’s Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Team consists mainly of professionals who formerly worked on the ground in the United Arab Emirates. Attorneys with extensive experience in foreign construction, energy, and finance make frequent visits to provide comprehensive legal advice for domestic companies on litigation, arbitration, and claims.

In contractual claims of a foreign construction project where it is difficult to rely solely on a foreign quality supervisor, the MENA Team promptly drafts the required official documents, and develops responses available under the agreements. Prior to a dispute, the Team collaborates with claims specialists in order to provide a comprehensive advice that not only prevents but also prepares clients for any future disputes. If a dispute arises, the Team as well as the International Litigation/Arbitration Practice collaborates with a local law firm as needed in order to deliver the most favorable result for clients.
