On December 14, 2021, Yoon & Yang LLC, Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and In-House Counsel Forum of Korea (IHCF) jointly co-hosted the SIAC Korea Webinar, titled “ESG, Technology, and the Emerging Regulatory and Disputes Landscape.”
The webinar was organized to provide corporate in-house counsels with in-depth information on regulatory changes and dispute trends adapting to the diversification and acceleration of international disputes pertaining to new technology and ESG.
Myung-Ahn Kim, Yoon & Yang’s Co-head of International Arbitration Team, discussed emerging cross-border dispute cases involving cryptocurrency, cyber-attack, and ESG. Ms. Kim also exchanged her views with other panellists, international arbitration experts from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (U.K.), Shook Lin & Bok (Singapore), and Skrine (Malaysia). The webinar was moderated by Ms. Michele Park Sonen, Head of SIAC North East Asia.
