Hoil Yoon is an Honorary Managing Partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include antitrust, international business transactions and international arbitration and litigation.
Prior to establishing Yoon & Yang, Hoil Yoon practiced law in the United States as a partner at Baker & McKenzie for ten years. Based on his extensive experience as a member of the Korea Fair Trade Commission, Judge at the Seoul Civil District Court, member of the International Cartel and International Affairs Task Force of the American Bar Association, and non-governmental advisor of the International Competition Network, Mr. Yoon advised domestic and multinational companies on matters including M&A, cartels, abuse of market dominance, unfair trade, antitrust in the field of intellectual property rights, antitrust litigation, compliance programs, fostering competition, international trade, and international litigation and arbitration.
