Biography
Ho-Jung Kim is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and her main practice area is criminal law.
After earning her J.D. in 2014, Ms. Kim worked as a prosecutor at Anyang Branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office and Masan Branch of the Changwon District Prosecutors’ Office. Since she joined Yoon & Yang, she has handled the prosecution’s investigations regarding Lime Fund and Optimus Fund, and represented leading domestic companies in various criminal cases based on the experience she obtained as a prosecutor.
