Biography
Do Ik Jung is a chief senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is antitrust & competition.
From 1994 to 2007, Mr. Jung has served in various positions at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (i.e., Investigation Bureau, Competition Bureau, Subcontract Transaction Bureau, and Audit & Inspection Office), during which he handled overall issues related to fair trade such as investigation of unlawful insider trading, cartel, abuse of market dominant position, unfair trade practice, violation of subcontracting law, and deliberation and determination relating thereto.
Since joining Yoon & Yang in June 2012, he has been advising clients on antitrust & competition issues, such as cartel, wrongful assistance act, abuse of market dominant position, unfair trade practice, subcontracts, as well as distribution/franchise/agency agreements.
