Over 10 years at Yulchon LLC, she led numerous complex transactions, coordinated intricate stakeholder interests, and provided practical solutions. As Legal Director at NAVER Corp., Ms. Yoon led strategic M&A transactions, including NAVER’s largest-ever acquisition of the U.S.-based Poshmark. She also oversaw all key legal affairs of the platform company, e.g., TMT, AI, fair trade, and dispute resolution, establishing the strategic legal risk management framework.
