Sang Moon Kim is a seasoned criminal law and investigations specialist with approximately two decades of experience in investigative command and police administration. After passing the 45th Korean Bar Examination, he began his public service career in 2006 as Director of the Investigation Division at Guri Police Station under the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency. He went on to serve in key positions at major police agencies across the country, building extensive field experience and strong organizational management capabilities.
Before joining the firm, Kim served as Investigation Review Officer at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency and Chief of Seoul Bangbae Police Station, and concluded his public service career in 2026 as Chief of Ulsan Nambu Police Station under the Ulsan Metropolitan Police Agency.
