Kyung Bae Kim is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include domestic and international arbitration, international trade and transportation, and construction/real estate.

Mr. Kim has built broad experiences in relevant government agencies, universities and companies in the private sector, e.g. as the head of the Arbitration Department and arbitrator/mediator at the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), a member of the International Trade Law Study Committee of the Ministry of Justice, a member of the Legal Division of the International Trade and Industry Forum under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, a member of the International Arbitration Committee of the ICC Korea, an adjunct professor at Korea University Law School and Kyunghee University Graduate School of Business. In particular, Kyung Bae Kim also has a number of publications including books, articles, commissioned research papers regarding prevention of construction claims and dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation regarding ADR, and international trade laws, etc. His excellent work has been recognized several times by the Prime Minister’s Award and the commendations from the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy.
